As the Chief Financial Officer, Kerri Bishop manages and oversees all aspects of the financial and accounting operations of Kuhn including the preparation of financial statements and reporting to Kuhn’s board and the public. She is also responsible for managing Kuhn’s information technology.
She brings to Kuhn 12 years of experience in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors. She holds a paralegal degree and her BA from St. John Fisher University in Rochester New York. Her experience includes serving as CFO at Peter Young Housing Industries & Treatment Centers in New York, and previously held senior positions with New York State and Cornell Cooperative Extension.
Her data-driven approach to financial management will help guide Kuhn, ensuring that decisions made today will have the greatest impact on our community while safeguarding Kuhn's long-term financial health.
New to Connecticut from upstate NY, she is eager to embrace new opportunities and expand her professional network. Alongside her career, she's embarking on a personal journey, planning a wedding and blending families. Kerri is an avid hiker--proud to be an Adirondack 46er-- and a lifelong Disney enthusiast.
