Bookkeeper (Accounting Specialist)

Responsible for maintaining the systems relative to Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, ADP Payroll and QuickBooks. Help support our mission to provide quality services to find and retain employment for persons with disabilities.

Driver/Maintenance Support

Responsible for the safe operation and general maintenance of company vehicles. Includes the transportation of passengers, making material deliveries and maintaining detailed accurate records. During non-transportation downtime, may support ongoing general maintenance of facilities and agency vehicles as needed and by mutual agreement.

Employment Specialist - DDS

Employment Specialists are responsible for assisting program participants to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum level of vocational potential. This involves but, is not limited to, career planning and job matching, job development and placement, on the job training and follow-up support for adults with disabilities, as well as, other pre-placement activities deemed necessary such as, job seeking skills and travel training. Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities. Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers. Must be able to communicate effectively with other Inter-disciplinary Team members to coordinate effective service delivery to program participants. Position requires personal vehicle use related to some client transportation needs. Kuhn offers mileage reimbursement for this purpose and for all business use needs.

Employment Specialist – Middletown-Based

Assist individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential.

Employment Specialist - Rushford

Employment Specialists are responsible for assisting individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential. This involves, but is not limited to, vocational assessments, job seeking skills training, issues related to personal appearance/presentation, entitlements training, time-limited job coaching, interview support and job development with the business community. Must be able to provide employment related support to individuals with a wide range of skills/abilities. Must be able to be flexible with work schedule to meet the needs of program participants and their employers. Must be able to communicate effectively with other service providers to coordinate service delivery for program participants.

Facilitator – Community Experience Program

Responsible for the development and implementation of behavioral programs for up to three participants and/ or as required by participants’ supervision guidelines in Community Experience Program. Facilitator is a hands-on, direct care position.

Job Coach – First Shift

Responsible for job skills training to individuals with disabilities. Including transportation, hands on instruction and supervision of job operations, quality control, work flow and material handling to meet production demands in assigned job sites. Participates in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plan goals/ Behavior Plans to maximize each assigned client’s ability to function independently.

Recovery Support Specialist (Employment)

Responsible for assisting individuals with severe and prolonged mental illness to become competitively employed in the community and to reach their maximum vocational potential. This involves vocational assessments, job seeking skills training, issues related to personal appearance/presentation, entitlements training, time-limited job coaching, interview support and job development with the business community.
